Please ensure your return is properly packaged, and use a trackable shipping service to return your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

While we offer a variety of products, please note that custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return. All other non-custom items are returnable according to our return policy.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and, once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Alternatively, if you're able to wait, you can return the original item along with a note indicating the item you'd like in exchange. Once we receive the return, we will process the exchange and send out the requested item, notifying you once it has been shipped.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
